Account Requirements: All Sweet Tree retailers must have a valid state-issued resale permit for their boutique. We cannot open an account without this information.

Cancellations/Returns: All sales are final, we do not accept exchanges or returns. We have a lot of custom orders and due specifically to shop we cannot resale on our platform.

If you have an issue with your order, please contact sweettreejewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours, and we will take care of you!

Shipping: All orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. We are not responsible for any delays caused by USPS or UPS once your order leaves our hands.

Orders typically ship out within 3-5 business days unless otherwise stated.

Retail Pricing: You are required to abide by our minimum retail pricing. Mark downs are allowed after 30 days. 

 How to reach us to order product: We have an amazing Sales Rep, AmyFay.  She will be in contact for you to order through us and makes the process easy. She reps for the Tango Showroom at AmericasMart in Atlanta, and represents 18 manufacturers to local retailers in Tennessee and Kentucky. We're are thrilled to have her on our team!
